Verico Training Services is a Registered Training Organisation (No 45425) providing training, assessment and consultancy services to mining, engineering, electrical and civil construction industries.
Understanding Client Needs
We conduct a training needs analysis by collaborating with leaders, managers and workers. We then assess current skills and knowledge, research legislative compliance requirements and industry standards, visit sites, and review job roles and tasks.
Developing Tailored Programs
A learning and assessment framework is developed and once approved we commence the design of the materials, drawing on a range of delivery modes and techniques.
Deliver Programs
We deploy our qualified trainers to client sites to deliver the requirements of the program. This includes facilitating the transfer of learning through ongoing support, action plans and personal development plans.
Evaluate
As part of the program we establish multiple check-in points to monitor progress against the learning and assessment framework. This includes client feedback and follow up with participants on the action plans and personal development plans put in place.
